Privacy Policy

In short: our tools run inside your own browser, so the numbers and names you type never reach us. We keep only basic server logs for security, and you need no account to use anything here. We run Google Analytics to see which pages and tools people use. The solar calculators carry a sponsor banner, and there are no ad-network ads today — if that changes, we will say so on this page first.

Everything runs in your browser

Our tools do their work on your own device. Salaries, employee names, company details, loan amounts, investment assumptions — whatever you type stays inside your browser tab. It is never sent to us, so we never see it and never store it. Any document you generate is put together on your device too.

That is how the site is built, not just a promise we make. Because the data never reaches us, there is nothing on our side to leak, sell, lose or be asked to hand over.

What we keep

Our web server writes a normal access log for each request: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type. We use it only to keep the site working and to spot abuse such as scraping or attacks. Logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

If you email us, we receive your address and your message, and use them only to reply to you.

No account needed

There is no signup, no password and no profile. Every tool works the moment the page loads, so we hold no user records, no saved company or employee details and no usage history.

Ads and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools people actually use — things like which calculator you opened, roughly where you are and what device you're on, and how long you stayed. Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

The solar calculator pages show a sponsor banner for a solar installer. It is a plain image and two links, served from our own site, and it loads no script or tracker from the sponsor. If you tap a link you leave akdet — to the sponsor's website or to WhatsApp — and their own privacy policy applies from there. We do not carry ad-network ads today, but we may add them later to help keep the site free.

Analytics, sponsors and any future ads can never see what you type into a tool — salaries, names, loan amounts and every other input stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere. Before ad-network ads go live we will update this page and the date at the top, and say what is collected and by whom.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade data. Today the only other party involved is our hosting provider, which handles the access logs described above. We would disclose information only where a valid legal order requires it — and no order can make us produce the figures or documents we never received.

Your choices

Because we hold so little, most requests are simple. Email us and we will tell you honestly what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
