In short: our tools are free, need no account and run in your browser. Everything they produce is built from the numbers you type, so use them honestly and check the result. You make your own decisions, and we are not responsible for what you do with them.

Using the site

By using akdet.com you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Everything is free and needs no account. We may add, change or withdraw any tool at any time, and we cannot promise the site is always available.

Your numbers, your decisions

Every result comes from what you type in, so entering accurate figures and picking the right financial year, state, tax regime and other options is on you. Results and documents are for general information only — check them before you rely on them, share them or issue them to anyone.

If you issue payslips to staff, following the payroll, tax and record-keeping rules that apply to you is your job, not ours. If you enter someone else's details, handling them properly is your responsibility.

Do not make fake documents

Payslips and other documents made here carry your branding, not ours, and the site verifies nothing. Creating a document that misstates someone's job, salary or income — to get a loan, credit, a rental or a visa — is fraud, a crime in India and most other countries, and it is entirely on you.

Do not abuse the site

• No scraping, crawling at scale or bulk automated requests.
• No attacking, overloading or probing the site or its infrastructure.
• No copying, reselling or rebranding the site as your own product.
• No malware, spam or anything unlawful.

We can block, rate-limit or refuse access to anyone who does these things, without notice.

What is ours and what is yours

The akdet name, design, content, templates and code belong to us, and you get a personal, revocable licence to use the site for what it is meant for. The data you enter and the documents you create belong to you: we claim nothing over them, we never receive them, and we will not use them to train models or market to anyone.

No guarantees, no liability

The site is provided as is. We work hard on the rules and the maths, but we do not guarantee that results are correct, current or right for your situation.

You make your own decisions. We are not liable for any loss, tax bill, penalty or dispute arising from a result or document produced here, or from anything you do with one. If your use of the site, or a document you issue, leads to a claim against us, that claim is yours to answer.

The solar calculators carry a sponsor banner for a solar installer; there are no ad-network ads today, and we will update the Privacy Policy before any appear. Sponsors, ads and links to other sites come from other people: we do not check or endorse them, and any dealing you have with them is between you and them.
